We are the In Creative Co-pilots: Andrea, Arielle, Ozi, and Naomi. We are the single point of contact for our clients, doubling as Creative Directors and Project Managers. Our role is to transform our client's vision into visuals and to build unique teams of specialists for each project. As collective leaders, we activate conversations on Slack and meet 1:1 with members to build deeper relationships and keep our teammates in the creative flow. Through management & mentorship, we are the backbone of In Creative Co.
One Project Lead becomes the single point of contact for the client to ease co-creation. The Project Lead meets with the client for a Discovery Call and Strategy Session, then draws up the proposal, contract, and invoice, and begins to see the grand vision.
Project Leads closely manage teammates including brand strategists, graphic designers, copywriters, and more to shape the brand standards and deliver engaging content that meets the expectations of the project.
To build their team, the Project Lead hand selects one or more expert creatives from our vetted global collective of 50+ members based on style, price, and availability.
For highly stylized projects like illustrations, the Project Lead may present a few member’s portfolios to the client so they can choose.
The Project Leads are the creative visionaries with minds wide open. They collaborate with and direct a team of specialists to execute this vision into layout, design, copywriting, and more.
It’s the Project Leads responsibility to guide the creative process by recognizing, protecting, and nurturing their client & team’s good ideas.
Two heads are better one and collaboration allows the lifeblood of the creative process to grow.
👋 I’m Drea, aka the Priestess of Promotion, an idea machine who follows through with passion and action from start-to-finish. My expertise is leading projects involving brand strategy, web design, copywriting, social marketing, and event promotion. Leading multi-faceted projects is where my genius is, I’ve been told that I make the impossible look relatively easy.
I’m a skilled project manager who has in-house marketing expertise. I’ve branded networking communities, podcasts, restaurants, coaches, legal professionals, and many more. Every business I work with is on a mission to be the best and stand out in their industry. When you are aiming to do good and have a purpose driven brand I’m your gal.
I’ve led large teams in the TEDx space, been published by the internationally acclaimed Spirit Science, spear-headed giving women a stronger presence in STEM, and have been known to have a “whatever it takes” attitude. My love for learning has led to a dual bachelor of arts in TV and Radio Production plus Public Relations and Journalism from Jules L. Plangere Communications School at Monmouth University. You can catch me in the metaverse or one wheeling down the waterfront in Jersey City, wherever you find me make sure to say hello!

My expertise is leading projects involving branding, marketing, production, and experiential.
With a natural affinity for all things visual, lifestyle, and entertainment, I have spent the past decade working in, for and around design studios, marketing agencies, production entities and consumer brands. I have worked on brand activations with companies such as Universal Music Group, Nike, Kith, Nordstrom, Sephora, and Vornado Realty Trust.
Some keys to achieving success in an ever-changing landscape are continuing to be culturally curious, astutely aware, humbly hardworking & politely persistent (alliteration always wins). Above all, I value the relationships I’ve built with my clients over the years and the many milestones we have celebrated along the way.

I also bring insights from both the in-house and freelancing sides of the industry. Until mid 2021, I was running marketing, membership, and sales for national Plumbing and Engineering companies. Additionally, I was leading teams of up to 20 marketing, publishing, and social media specialists at TEDxAsburyPark.
Prior to that, I was immersed in wellness as a freelance content writer for Spirit Science, a brand ambassador for Vibrant Health, and a public relations and marketing director for a physical therapy company. I have a “whatever it takes” attitude and a love for learning so I earned a double BA with TV/Radio Production and PR/Journalism focuses from the Jules L. Plangere Communications School at Monmouth University.
