The members of our collective are on a mission to show their most creative selves to the world. We are mostly women and non-binary global professionals working on every aspect of the mission - including connecting, collaborating, educating, inspiring, and supporting our diverse people.
We are the self-motivated freelancer-for-life type who don’t thrive in a 9-5. We are designers, directors, writers, artisans, strategists, influencers, entrepreneurs, and more. Since most of us are multi-disciplinary, we simply identify as “creatives.”
We are creative specialists who usually work alone but value collaboration. We work remotely to bring our individual expertise to support the Project Leads when called onto their team to co-work. While not working on a Project Lead’s team, members enjoy the camaraderie and business development they get from weekly virtual events hosted by our Co-founders.
Paid gig opportunities are offered to members by our Project Leads who have your back by actively searching for work for you, writing the contracts, and managing dealines and budgets. We’ve covered the company structure so that our members can just stay in the creative flow.
Business development. Teamwork allows members to take on projects bigger than themselves as freelancers or solopreneurs. The camaraderie will inspire you to feel less isolated. Together, we can scale our small creative service businesses.

Friends at your fingertips who keep you socially fulfilled & COVID-safe while constantly chatting on Slack and Zoom in the digital realm :) We encourage our members to set up 1:1 meetings and attend our weekly events to meet their new business community face-to-face.

The more active you are, the more we will want to contract you. Our Project Leads offer you gigs according to your style and creative specialty and you can take the opportunities you love, have availability for, and fit your budget.
