Combining digital illustration with storytelling and movement, Animators bring a brand or project’s script to life by drawing frames. Oftentimes, Animators are responsible for formulating concepts from written word, sketches, and from their imagination. Unlike artists, Animators have set deadlines and must always communicate with our Project Lead on the overall progress and development of the artistic image. For some projects, we value an animator’s signature style and stroke and contract them for it. Often, we contract an animator because they can adapt to the style of an existing brand.

Brand Strategists develop holistic brand experiences and craft compelling brand stories based on extensive research, experience, industry, and client knowledge. During a project, Brand Strategists meet with the client to discover the direction and uniqueness of their brand through a 6-hour workshop or longer deep dive. This identifies key brand elements like the Mission, Vision, and Unique Value Proposition to elevate & differentiate the brand. Then, the Brand Strategist builds a 20-page brand strategy deck or ‘brand bible’ that will be the foundation for the client’s brand and for the project engagement of In Creative Co. The Project Lead uses this deck to direct graphic designers, copywriters, web designers, and more to execute on the rest of the scope.

Our SEO Specialists also work with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, platform reportings, and more to gauge which areas of the site have more traffic.
